Supplier Quality Engineer

What are my responsibilities?

1. Set up material quality KPIs and tracking the status 设定材料质量目标跟踪，落实目标
2. Material quality problem solving and improve the supplier quality 材料问题的解决，提高供应商的质量
3. Responsible for material qualification process 负责材料释放过程
4. Responsible to define the material control plan 负责指定材料检验计划
5. Responsible for the supplier audit 负责对供应商进行审核

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Have supplier quality management experience 有供应商质量管理的相关工作经验
2. Be familiar with the method and tool of quality management (e.g. 8D, 4D, QC method, fishbone diagram, etc.) and also can be proficient in using them 熟悉质量管理的方法和工具（例如8D/4D/QC手法/鱼骨图等）并能熟练运用
3. Be familiar with the measurement method and standard 熟悉测量方法和相关的测试标准
4. 供应商审核能力/supplier audit experience

What else do I need to know?

1. Be familiar with the laws about product quality and the requirement or compulsory criterion. 熟悉国家与产品质量有关的法律、法规和强制性标准
2. Major in Engineering or related （Material, mechanical, chemical, etc. ）, bachelor or above degree工科相关专业（材料、机械、化工等）本科及以上学历
3. Basic English in writing and speaking 英语读写能力
