What are my responsibilities?

  1. Release purchase orders to supplier base on demand and stock to ensure smooth production without missing parts/基于库存和需求释放采购订单以确保生产供应稳定无缺料
  2. Control inventory level to ensure no dead stock and slow moving stock Full/控制库存水品确保无报废库存并最将呆滞库存控制在最低
  3. Monitor and track purchase order status to ensure on time delivery from supplier Full 跟踪和监控采购订单交付状态并确保供应商的按期交付
  4. Support other related divisions on special topics such as Non-conforming parts handling, etc. 保持良好的跨部门合作与支持, 比如不合格品的跟踪处理.
  5. Maintain and update master data in SAP system to ensure good data quality in system SAP物料主数据的定期维护与更新并保证数据维护的精准
  6. Early integration: in all procurement related procedures to be a competent partner and be participating in commodity team. 早期融入与整合：在采购相关流程中左位一名强有力的合作者并参与到物料组团队工作.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  1. Bachelor degree, 2-3 years working experiences in manufacture enterprises Logistic or procurement positions is preferred.

大学本科学历, 2-3年制造型企业物流或采购相关工作经验优先

  1. English language skills in speaking and writing                                                                                                                     英语听说读写能力良好
  2. Professional in office soft tool, excel, outlook and so on.
