The Role 工作职责:
- Familiar with partner/distributor business model. Implement Marketing Builder Plan policy.熟悉合作伙伴/渠道业务,贯彻低压电机市场建设计划相应的政策。
- Support partners to sell and promote Innomotics low voltage motor to customers.支持授权合作伙伴向工业业务领域客户销售茵梦达低压电机;
- Explore and develop new partners in defined areas.在负责的区域发展和培养新的合作伙伴;
- Keep familiar with low voltage motor technique, type selection, quotation.熟悉低压电机相关技术/选型及报价;
- Initiate, motivate suitable activities and keep track of progress and implementation in order to achieve the agreed targets and goals.积极主动地采取行动,以达到既定目标;
- Stablish and take good care of connection with customers.与客户建立并保持良好关系;
- Others assigned by manager.经理交办的其他工作.
Your Profile 职位要求:
- Bachelor or above major in Motor/Drive/Electrical Transmission.本科以上学历,电机专业、电气传动或相关行业工作经历者优先;
- Basic English reading, writing and speaking.基本的英文阅读、听写能力;
- 3 years+ sales working experience in relevant areas.3年以上相关领域工作经验;
- Willing to take initiative and active thinking.愿意采取主动并且积极思考;
- Integrity, honesty and loyalty, can work under pressure.正直,诚实,忠诚, 有良好的抗压能力;
- Quick learner and with good business sense.快速学习能力和良好的业务理念。
