Your Future Role

As Legal Counsel, you will support Innomotics' businesses in Turkey, Spain, Italy, France, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, working closely with local management, business teams and the global Legal team.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advise on commercial and corporate legal matters across sales, procurement, customer services, distributor management, claims management and digital services.
  • Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and prepare corporate legal documentation.
  • Partner with colleagues across Sales, Procurement, Finance and other functions, as well as local and HQ Legal colleagues, to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice.
  • Assess legal risks and support Innomotics’ risk management and approval processes, particularly for systems and solutions business.
  • Act as a trusted legal adviser to management, helping the business pursue opportunities while managing legal risks.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and other external business partners.
  • Engage and manage external legal counsel, coordinating with HQ to ensure high-quality, cost-effective support.

 

Your Profile

  • A law degree and approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial and corporate law, including legal practice in Turkey or Spain, gained in-house and/or at a law firm.
  • Admission to practice law in Turkey or Spain would be an advantage.
  • A solid grounding in commercial and corporate law, with the ability to identify and address legal issues across multiple jurisdictions, drawing on local counsel where appropriate.
  • Experience supporting international businesses or handling cross-border matters; experience in one or more of the jurisdictions covered by this role would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, practical advice.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Turkish, Spanish, French or a Nordic language would be an advantage.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented approach, sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the confidence to build trust, influence stakeholders and work effectively across functions and cultures.

 

Location and Compensation

The preferred location for this role is Turkey, Spain or Austria, although we may consider candidates based in selected other European countries.

We offer a competitive salary reflecting your qualifications, experience and location. For an Austria-based position, the minimum salary under the applicable collective bargaining agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is €4 472,11 gross per month. Actual compensation will reflect your qualifications and experience and may exceed this minimum.
