The role.

 

Come and join the Legal and Compliance Team for Innomotics as Compliance Expert either based in Vienna or Nuremberg. In your role, you will report to the Global Head of Compliance and your tasks and responsibilities will contain the following:

  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in our daily operations for topics incl. but not limited to anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, and antitrust.
  • Manage the Innomotics Data Privacy System in close collaboration with the team of our external data privacy officer. Support the business in data privacy-related queries and ensure that we comply with GDPR-relevant requirements.
  • Evaluate adherence to and efficacy of policies, guidelines, and processes.
  • Drive projects such as the implementation and roll-out of new tools, policies, and/or processes independently and in teams.
  • Manage the Compliance training and awareness initiatives globally.

 

Your profile.

 

  • Highest integrity and ethical values.
  • Strategical, critical, and out-of-the-box thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, law, or engineering. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in compliance, audit, operational review, or related operative business function in a multinational company.
  • First experiences in the management of projects.
  • First experience working with GDPR.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate, enable, and advise the business to assume responsibility for compliant business conduct.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German is a must. Any other language is a plus.

The minimum salary according to the collective bargaining agreement (KVFEEI) for this position in Austria is € 3.409,59 but will be matched according to the level of experience.
