Your Role 工作职责:
- Sell and promote Innomotics Motor, Drive product and related services to responsible customers.向所负责区域或行业工业业务领域客户销售茵梦达电机、传动领域产品及相关服务业务
- Achieve yearly sales target.完成年度销售目标
- Builds a sound market related network of stakeholders and develop new customers independently.建立完善公司业务市场相关的客户网络,独立开发新客户
- Cooperate with technical team and other internal departments’ support to seize business opportunities and achieve sales target.获得技术支持人员以及公司内部其他部门的支持和配合,抓住业务机会,实现销售目标
- Think actively about assigned tasks and act fast. Sufficiently collaborate with other colleagues and external partners in business.对安排的任务进行积极思考和行动,在业务上与同事和外部合作伙伴充分合作

Your Profile 职位要求:
- Bachelor or above major in Electrical Drive/Mechanical Engineering本科以上学历,电机、电气传动、机械相关专业者优先
- More than 3 years of sales experience and demonstrated good sales capabilities in Motor or Drive related products.3年以上销售相关工作经验并具备良好的电机、传动产品的销售能力
- Is capable to build up constructive relationship with internal key stakeholders both internally and externally,good communication skills.有能力建立有建设性的内外部客户关系, 良好的内外沟通技巧
- Persistent, never give up, hardworking and teamwork.具备执着和永不言弃的精神, 勤奋,团队合作能力强
- Integrity, honesty, and loyalty can work under pressure.正直,诚实,忠诚, 有良好的抗压能力
- Quick learner and with good business sense 快速学习能力和良好的业务理念
