IMDT Supplier Quality Management Supervisor

My responsibilities 工作职责:

1.Establish and maintain SQM related process documents(建立与维护SQM相关流程文件) ：

Establish supplier quality development procedure to ensure the availability of supplier quality management related processes, so that support the efficiency and sustainability of the supplier quality development system.

建立供应商质量发展流程文件，确保供应商质量管理相关流程的可用性，以支持供应商质量发展体系的高效运行与可持续性。

2.Enhance purchased material quality stability(提高采购材料的质量稳定性)：

Establish and maintain technical delivery conditions, coach suppliers with technical standards for delivering goods.

建立、维护技术交付文件，培训供应商交付货物所需满足的技术标准。

Establish and maintain the incoming inspection plan to support incoming inspection carried out smoothly.

建立、维护来料检验计划，以支持来料检验流程的顺利进行。

3.Continuous improvement of supplier quality(供应商质量持续改进)：

Ensures availability of supplier quality relevant data, timely and effective feedback on supplier quality problems, generate reports regularly, visualize and display quality data, such as drawing quality trend charts, to monitor and improve supplier quality.

确保供应商质量数据的可用性，及时有效反馈供应商质量问题，定期生成报告，对质量数据进行可视化展示，如绘制质量趋势图等，以便更好地监控和改进供应商质量。

Implement quality tools such as VDA6.3 audit, 8D reports, and supplier quality meetings to promote and supervise continuous improvement of supplier quality systems. Set and sign quality assurance agreements for key suppliers and continuously tracking.

落实VDA6.3审核、8D报告、供应商专题质量会议等工具的应用，推动、监督供应商质量体系持续改进。对关键供应商制定并签署年度质量目标，并持续跟踪。

4.Handling complaints related to supplier quality incidents(供应商质量相关投诉处理)：

For in-house and customer complaints related to supplier quality incidents, collaborate with after-sales and quality teams to drive analysis and improvement efforts at supplier side, and response to customers. Focus on and deal with critical supplier quality incidents with 8D philosophy.

对于厂内以及售后反馈的供应商产品质量问题，联合内部质量和售后，推动供应商分析和改进，并回复客户。关注并秉持8D的逻辑进行重大质量故处理。

5.Team Management and Training(团队管理与培训)：

Responsible for the team building of the supplier quality management team member recruitment, training, and evaluation.

负责供应商质量管理团队建设，包括人员招聘、培训和考核等工作。

Establish and maintain SQM related operation guidance documents to ensure the standardization and uniformity of SQM's daily work.

建立、维护SQM相关作业指导文件，以确保SQM日常工作的规范性与统一性。

6.Cross departmental collaboration(跨部门协作)：

Work closely with members of the material team such as engineering, procurement, OP, etc. to promote cross-departmental projects, related work includes participating in project risk assessments, supporting new supplier pre-assessment, and new sample verification etc.

与工程部、采购、运营采购等物料组成员密切合作，推进跨部门项目顺畅进行，相关工作内容包括参与项目风险评估、支持新供应商引入审核、新样品验证等。

Support cross factory projects, discuss and implement unified quality requirements with colleagues from different plants to ensure consistency of supplier delivery goods quality.

支持跨工厂项目，与跨工厂同事讨论、执行统一的质量要求，以确保供应商供货质量的一致性。

7.Digital Vision(数字化愿景)：

Develop and maintain a supplier quality development related process approval and data collection system, take efforts to drive efficiency by implementing automated and digital end-to-end workflows.

开发、维护供应商质量发展相关流程审批与数据收集系统，致力于通过实施自动化和数字化端到端的工作流来提高效率。

8.Compliance(合规合法)：

Ensure all business activities are legal, ensure products meet safety requirements based on national and local related laws and regulations, INNOMOTICS headquarters and IMDT’ procedures. Strictly follow all of regulations of occupational health and safety management, report the accident in time if occurred, stop work if facing emergency, join safety activities organized by company as much as possible.

确保所有的业务活动合法合规，确保产品根据国家和本地法律法规、茵梦达集团和IMDT文件的规定来满足产品安全要求。严格遵守各项职业健康安全生产规章制度，发生事故如实上报，紧急情况有权停止作业，积极参加公司组织的各项安全活动。

9.Comply with the arrangements given by the organization and leaders for other tasks.

服从组织和领导安排其他工作。

Job Competence 工作能力:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Material Casting, Mechatronics, Quality Management, or a related field.

本科及以上学历，机械、材料铸造、机电一体化、质量管理相关专业。

2.Minimum 5 years of SQE experience in the geared motor / transmission machinery / automotive components industry, with in-depth expertise in quality control for casting and casting machining. Familiar with cast iron and cast aluminum processes, common casting defects, machining tolerances, material properties, non-destructive testing (NDT), dimensional inspection, and casting process standards.

5年以上减速电机/传动机械/汽配行业SQE经验，深耕铸件铸造和铸件机加工质量管控，熟悉铸铁、铸铝工艺及各类铸造缺陷；熟悉机械加工公差、材质性能、无损检测、尺寸检验、铸造工艺标准。

3.Have proficient English reading and writing skills and be able to communicate with foreign colleagues in meetings.

具备熟练的英文读写能力，可与外籍同事会议交流。

4.Must be able to travel as required.

能够接受出差安排。

5.Familiar with ERP systems and office software

熟悉ERP系统和办公软件

6.Proficient in professional knowledge related to supplier quality management, with skilled application of quality tools and management methods

7.Familiar with digital and automation tools
