What will you do if join us?

 

  1. An in-depth understanding of the core value of motors across various verticals and applications.

深入了解电机在不同领域及不同应用下的核心指标。

 

  1. Optimize motor design based on core values to enhance product competitiveness in diverse application areas.

基于核心指标对电机进行优化设计，提高产品在不同应用领域竞争力。

 

  1. Responsible for an optimization project based on application-specific differences.

负责一个基于应用差异进行的优化项目。

 

  1. Designs and engineers the system down to detail to satisfy the specified requirements of the customer.

对于日常客户项目，根据定制要求，进行系统详细设计。

 

  1. Defines the products, components and subsystems to be used and their concrete characteristics.

定义并设计所使用的产品，元件及子系统的具体特性，包含客户使用的特性。

 

  1. Is responsible for the realization of the system with the required functionality, prepares the design documentation.

负责要求的系统功能的实现，准备设计文档。

 

  1. May minister the executing units (e.g. manufacturing, procurement, logistics).

协助生产执行部门（例如生产、采购、物流）.

 

  1. Technical responsible for commercialized products including change management

  1. Complete other related tasks from projects or department.

  1. Continuous improvements take place under the lean principles within own responsibility. Well understand and strictly follow up the requirements of national laws and Innomotics QMS documents so as to ensure the quality of product, service and process qualified and continuously improved.

  1. Strictly comply with and implement the responsibility and obligation in signed <EHS Commitment Letter>. Ensure to comply with national, local EHS laws and regulations, HQ and company EHS requirements.

严格遵守并履行员工本人签署的《环境、健康、安全管理责任书》中承诺的各项责任和义务。 确保遵守国家、地方政府、总部以及公司的EHS法律法规和相关要求。

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  1. Engineering (Electrical or mechanical)

工程类专业(电气或机械): Working experience in motor design of structure, electro-magnetic, calculation and analysis电机或发电机设计，计算及分析经验

 

  1. Major in related engineering (electrical automation、mechanical、 electromechanical integration or material) / Bachelor or above

工程类相关专业（机械、机电一体化或材料），本科及以上学历

  1. Excellent English communication skill

卓越的英语交流能力

 

  1. Strong communication and capacity of problem solving
