The role 工作职责：

Responsible for Geared Motors business development of Intralogistics industry in China.

负责中国区减速电机业务在场内物流行业的业务发展

Responsibilities:

1. Technical support sales and partners to win more market share.

技术支持销售和合作伙伴赢得更多市场份额。

2. Responsible for Geared Motors business development of defined vertical industries in China, including market share growth, price control, delivery performance, etc..

负责中国区减速电机业务在场内物流行业的业务发展，包括市场份额增长、价格管控、交货表现等。

3. Responsible for market transparency in defined vertical industries and establishing ecosystems, such as market potential, trends, ecosystems (EU, OEM, EPC/SI, design institutes, etc.), major competitors, etc..

负责指定行业的市场透明度并建立行业生态圈，例如市场潜力、趋势、生态系统（EU、OEM、EPC/SI、设计院等）、主要竞争对手等。

4. Develop industry development strategies and lead cross regional and cross departmental collaborations.

制定行业发展策略，并主导跨区域和跨部门的合作。

5. Develop marketing promotion plans, actively participate in industry exhibitions, customer exchange meetings, etc..

制定市场推广计划，积极参与行业展会，客户交流会等。

6. Train and support sales to develop new customers and businesses within defined industries.

培训并支持销售开发指定行业内的新客户和新业务。

7. Track and coordinate product quality improvement, after-sales analysis, and delivery and stocking plans.

跟踪并协调产品的质量改进、售后分析、交货备货计划。

8. Take proactive actions to achieve established goals.

积极主动地采取行动，以达到既定目标。

9. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Your profile 职位要求:

•      3-5 years working experience in Geared motor application or industry engineering.

3-5 年减速电机应用或行业工作经验。

•      University degree or above with a focus on e.g. mechanical design and/or manufacturing/industrial engineering.

大学本科或以上学历，专注于机械设计和/或制造/工业工程。

•       Fully understand market trend and competition situation of Geared Motors.

充分了解减速电机产品的市场趋势和竞争形势。

•       With strong interpersonal, communication & organization skills.

具有较强的人际关系、沟通能力和组织能力。

•       Basic English reading, writing and speaking.

基本的英语阅读、写作和口语。
