Your future responsibilities

  • Ensure the optimal, secure and integrated functioning of IT/OT infrastructure through technical support, proactive maintenance and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Provide offices and shop floor support and continuous improvement: Rapid incident solving solution, operator training, commissioning new equipment/lines, and collaboration with all departments
  • Maintain and support plant IT/OT infrastructure: Industrial networks, servers/virtualization, Laptops/PCs
  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows operative systems and apps
  • Troubleshoot for hardware, software and network problems
  • Implements and strengthens Cyber ​​Security standards in close collaboration with the Cyber ​​Security department at Innomotics HQ
  • Periodically verifies the implementation and compliance with Cyber ​​Security norms with the legal requirements regarding NIS 2 Directive
  • Responsible for the management of licenses, mobile phones and the entire IT infrastructure
  • Daily end-user support: receive user requests, initiate and document incident management, support users in problem solving (hardware or software faults)
  • Support in implementation of MES in collaboration with the functional departments
  • Collaborating with 3rd party vendors and system integrators
  • Planning annual investments for IT equipment (workstations, peripherals, telephony, etc.), according to technical and business requirements

 

 

Your profile

  • University studies, preferably in IT
  • 2 years of IT professional experience within a factory
  • Curiosity about Industry 4.0, AI, IT process imrpovements (Hardware/Software)
  • Analytical thinking and enjoyment of communication with the specialist departments
  • Good communication skills, problem solving orientation and ability to manage priorities;
  • Team player, along with ability to work independently
  • Good spoken and written command of English. German is an advantage
