IN LV Senior Finance Project Manager SH

The Role 工作职责：
As a Sr. Financial Project Manager in Business Unit Headquarter CRM FIN function, plans and completes Sales Finance related (transformation) projects, drives change in Finance/Commercial/Controlling in cooperation with Business Partners, concerning a broad range of topics including digital transformation, in order to increase effectiveness of financial management.  
Transformation Manager:
•    Leads or drives worldwide optimization projects, like streamline E2E value flows or processes, support on different tools launch incld CRM, Legal, IT relevant to FIN areas, etc  
•    When as Project Lead, takes over project management role (definition of schedule, budget, quality, risk, project changes, opportunity and resource allocation management) 
•    May involve and cooperate with internal/external stakeholders or service providers, monitors their inputs or services and approves deliveries

Finance Business Excellence:
•    Constantly analyses finance or general business-related processes, methodologies, KPIs and tools, 
further shapes and designs for serving fast biz decisions and operation simplification.
•    Runs ad-hoc requests triggered by business situations and interprets results, using financial and
non-financial information to make proposals for frameworks/metrics (incl. new business models)
•    Drives AI applications in Finance works to realize digitalization and automation
•    Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Your Profile 职位要求：
Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience:
•    Proficient skills of Project Management, Consultant experience is a plus
•    Good business understanding with profound practical experience in multinational company, understanding of value chain and value flows of various business types is a plus
•    Proficient Business English in both oral and written is a must, daily communication with foreigners.
•    Track record of successfully leading a virtual team
•    Strong knowledge in using Excel and Power Point, if able to develop Business Intelligence tools, or AI/ applications is a plus
