The role.

Join our team as a Business Unit Financial Controller, where you'll drive financial analysis, support sales, and manage contracts and orders. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations, effective forecasting, and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Commercial: This role involves a mix of sales support, financial analysis, and contract management, ensuring that commercial aspects of sales transactions align with business goals.

• Evaluating profitability, margins and financial risks.
• Monitoring sales performance and providing reports on revenue, margins and forecasts
• Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.

Order Execution: This role includes order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and customer satisfaction.

• Book and placing orders with factories in SAP and confirm availability to meet customer commitments.
• Track order status and delivery timelines, proactively coordinating with factories and customers.
• Work closely with project management (PM) to ensure smooth contract execution.
• Support PM in identifying and mitigating risks, handling claims, and managing contract execution.
• Collaborate with customs clearance agencies and forwarding companies to fulfill DDP conditions.
• Ensure timely invoicing and support account receivable collection.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with trade regulations.
• Maintain auditable records and ensure data integrity in company systems.

BU commercial: This role drives financial forecasting, planning and analysis for your business unit, ensuring financial health, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making.

• Identify financial risks and opportunities, proactively implementing measures to optimize business performance.
• Lead and manage the monthly forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct the balance sheet and P&L reviews to assess financial health and identify key trends.

Qualification/Skills:

• 3 years’ experience in controlling or finance related roles including 1 year experience of SAP practice.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc. is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with customs clearance and Incoterms
• Confident in English speaking and fluent in reading and writing
