What You'll Do ?

As our new Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering complex, high-value projects. Here’s a glimpse of what your role will look like:

• Lead with Vision: Oversee all aspects of project delivery—technical and financial—ensuring we exceed expectations every step of the way.
• Shape the Future: Collaborate during the sales phase to craft top-notch proposals that set the stage for success.
• Unite Teams: Build and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering an open, transparent, and productive working environment for all stakeholders, including our valued customers.
• Think Globally, Act Locally: Be an integral part of our global Project Management team, championing processes that drive success within our Solution Team.
• Enjoy Solid Support: Work alongside experienced support functions and teams dedicated to helping you deliver successful projects and delight our customers.

What we think that you will need to bring to the table:

• Technical Expertise: A background in electrical engineering (essential) makes you a perfect fit—whether you’re stepping into project management for the first time or bringing a wealth of experience. Previous roles like commissioning engineer, lead engineer, or hardware designer are also excellent.
• Solution-Oriented Mindset: You thrive on finding practical, constructive solutions and can view challenges from multiple perspectives.
• Resilience and Communication: In project-based environments, challenges are inevitable, but you’re ready to face them head-on and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Swedish is essential; German is a plus.
