Sales Finance

Responsibilities

As a Sales Finance in Business Unit Headquarter CRM FIN function, drives HQ 3rd party business together with CRM partners mainly with Commercial knowledge, steering and monitoring the assigned countries on their planning / forecast and actual performance, supporting countries on financial controlling activities, owning the central governance topics on process and financial KPIs optimization activities.  

Commercial Business Enabler:

• Supports offering process with risk analysis, including customer risk and credit check, financing concept, logistics/value flow, etc
• Analyzes commercial conditions and supports contract negotiation regarding pricing and T&C
• Execute special financial transactions like credit note issuance, Pro-forma invoices, misalignment analysis, preparing bank guarantees or letter of credit, etc
• Overdue receivable collection from customers together with Sales

Finance Analyst:

• Coordinates right annual target setting to the assigned countries, steers the actual performance according to plan and update rolling 3-month FC accordingly
• Constantly analyses finance KPIs and W2W Profit or Contribution margins in different aspects, incld countries, customers and products, to further drive the improvement actions to responsible stakeholders
• Runs ad-hoc requests triggered by business situations and interprets results, using financial and

     non-financial information to propose optimizations

• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Line manager and Country manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, in business administration, finance or equivalent.
• Good business understanding with profound practical experience in multinational companies with Sales commercial or finance experience, with international business and trade knowledge would be a plus
• Proficient Business English in both oral and written is a must, daily communication with different countries.
• German language would be a plus
• Strong knowledge in using Excel and Power Point, if able to develop Business Intelligence tools (Qlik, PowerBI, etc) or AI applications would be a plus
• Analytical thinking, multi-tasks player, open mind and resilient under pressure
• Excellent skills on communication and collaboration, strong influence power to motivate others
• Be curious and have passion for learning, not sufficient in just finishing tasks, but also would like to deep dive in details to find why and how to improve
• Result and problem-solving orientation
• As a virtual team member within HQ functional team, self-disciplined and self-motivated on the responsible tasks
