Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily service repairs for clients across WA and interstate, maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Complete service reports promptly and accurately.
• Comply with OH&S policies, service procedures, customer contractual obligations, and Innomotics’ quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of safety instructions, operational procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all tools and test equipment issued to the role.
• Provide support to the Sales Team and, occasionally, assist Project Team initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Electrical License or equivalent qualification.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to OH&S guidelines.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a dedication to achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Enthusiasm to develop skills and advance within the division.
