Your Future Role
We are seeking an experienced, number-driven colleague in our globally operating Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team. As a determined and enthusiastic person, you are eager for greenfield opportunities and for shaping the future by coming up with innovative solutions. In this role you will play a key part in shaping and implementing our global Compensation & Benefits concept:
- You are responsible for defining the global Benefits strategy and objectives with the business strategy and global practices.
- You are in charge for ensuring cost-efficient and market-driven C&B processes, procedures and standards across the organization.
- You are responsible for review and re-design of existing Compensation and Benefits processes in coordination with the regions / countries.
- Additionally, you ensure compliance with legal and compliance-related requirements in the regions / countries.
Your Profile
- You have a university degree in Psychology, Business, IT or focusing on P&O/ HR or a related field.
- You bring long-term in-depth professional experience in Compensation & Benefits with a focus on Benefits and Pension in an international or globally operating company.
- Solid experience in implementing C&B processes in IT systems
- You have strong knowledge of HR concepts, including performance management, payroll, compensation elements, and benefits.
- Basic understanding of controlling, respectively sound economic understanding, is part of your skill set.
- Very good IT literacy, especially Excel and PowerPoint, SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.
- You own an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Additionally, you bring very good project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- With strengths in teamwork, respecting diverse perspectives, and fostering a collaborative environment, you also bring high energy, strong implementation skills, a can-do attitude and hands-on mentality.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German as a plus round your profile.
