Your future role.

As organizational development manager, you will support the division in managing change and building the foundation for the future success. Thereby, you will help to organize and drive the internal employee communication of the Medium Voltage Drives Division and will be responsible to support organizing and driving internal personnel processes in the divisional headquarters (e.g., succession planning, organizational changes, talent development). You will work closely with the divisional headquarters, its management, Corporate Communications, People & Organization, and various stakeholders across the division. In your role, you will report to the Head of Strategy & Product Portfolio Management.

 

Employee communication

  • Townhalls: Organize and moderate global employee townhalls by division management
  • Newsletter: Own, coordinate and edit regular newsletters
  • Information memos: Support preparation and distribute memos across organization to update on changes
  • Conferences: Support and moderate management conferences and workshops

 

Support with internal personnel processes

  • People strategy: Align people strategy with the Medium Voltage Drives business strategy, derive KPIs and align top-down targets with bottom-up feedback
  • Recruiting process: Drive recruiting process for key positions in the division’s headquarters together with the department of People & Organization (e.g., support creating job roles, pre-selection and review of candidates)
  • Succession planning: Coordinate and drive strategic succession planning with headquarters’ management
  • Talent development: Coordinate growth talks and performance reviews in the divisional headquarters
  • Trainings: Ensure that company-wide training programs get tailored to divisional needs
  • Process support: Coordinate personnel processes for Medium Voltage Drives, such as reorganization, change processes

 

Your profile.

  • You have a university degree in business administration, human resources or an equivalent qualification
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in organizational development, employee communications and Human Resources
  • You are self-motivated, structured, results-driven and autonomous with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A natural communicator with strong written and communication skills and the ability to moderate discussions
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on organizational skills
  • You are fluent in English and German
