Your future role.

• You design, implement and lead global P&O programs, projects and initiatives with focus on Talent Attraction & Onboarding as well as Employee Engagement.
• Therefore, you partner with our managers as well as regional/local P&O to understand business requirements and deliver measurable value through our P&O People Strategy & Development (PS&G) portfolio.
• You lead and manage special strategic P&O projects as well as initiatives assigned by the head of P&O, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• You collaborate with internal regional/local teams, countries and cultures to deliver key strategic global guidelines and concepts.
• You work effectively with external partners and vendors as needed to implement and support the P&O PS&G Development portfolio.
• You are in charge of delivering executive-level presentations, reports and other materials to support the head of P&O and other P&O leaders in communicating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Furthermore, you monitor the effectiveness of development programs, respective contract agreements, and provide continuous reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices and emerging issues related to PS&G Portfolio and incorporate them into the strategy, rounds your profile.

Your profile.

• You own a university degree in International Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
• You have several years of experience in a HR Business Partner Role or/and a Business Consulting Background
• You have a track record in leading and co-leading a variety of P&O Development initiatives and projects in a global and strategic environment.
• International and/or cross-cultural working experience plus excellent interpersonal, consultation and communication skills are your strengths.
• You are “Business curious”, with an outward-facing mind-set and a clear interest in understanding and anticipating business demands.
• With your enthusiastic, optimistic and reliable character you build strong sustainable relationships.
• Fluency in English is a must, German would be a plus.
