Your Future Role
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere. The candidate will supervise and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, 3PL and proficiency with SAP to ensure accurate tracking and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
Day to day responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to Innomotics operational procedures.
Train and manage a team of warehouse operators, providing clear direction and support.
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
Utilize SAP for inventory management, tracking, and reporting.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare and analyze reports on material flow and inventory metrics.
Oversee Receiving function and responsible for resolving discrepancies.
Manage and improve delivered un-issued parts.
Manage the obsolete and sell back scrap process.
Maintain material masters for E21/E2F warehouse
Run WM reports (902,921, Cycle Counts, Delivered Unissued, COGI)
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
• 3 years experience supervising in Warehouse Operations
• Detail oriented, accurate and organized
• Computer skills a must – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook),
• SAP experience – IM and WM modules
• Good written and verbal communication
• Warehouse operations skills/experience – movement of parts and materials (in boxes) using the appropriate handling equipment
• Customer service approach – responsive and thorough
• Self-directed – ability to work independently
Your Profile
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience working is related field
- Completion of an High School Diploma
The pay range for this position is $57,000 to $97,000 The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
• Associates or Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of combined experience supervising in Warehouse Operations and Third Party Logistics function
• Variety of supply chain management experience
• Experience working with cross-functions (e.g. project managers, service technicians)
• Customer service experience
• SAP experience – other SCM related modules (Purchasing, Accounting, Planning, etc.)
