Your Future Role

The Manager of the US Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Quotation Center for HV Motors and MV Drives Products leads a high‑performing team responsible for managing customer quotation requests, delivering commercial and technical expertise, and partnering with Sales and Business Development to drive profitable growth within the HV Products business. This role ensures the delivery of best‑in‑class proposals, enhances cross‑functional collaboration, and champions continuous improvement initiatives to elevate customer experience and operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams of Application Engineers responsible for processing customer quote requests, including pricing, delivery, and technical support.
  • Establish productivity standards, define team and individual performance goals, monitor progress, and prepare regular performance and productivity reports.
  • Recommend and implement organizational structures and supervisory relationships that optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Customer Proposals & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales, Business Development, Finance, Order Management, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, competitive, and customer‑focused proposals.
  • Ensure timely, high‑quality responses to customer inquiries to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness.

 

Forecasting & Business Planning

  • Develop detailed forecast data for Finance and Operations Management to support accurate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Provide insights and analysis that strengthen operational alignment and inform strategic business decisions.

 

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Lead Limits of Authority (LoA) process improvement initiatives for the HV US Motor factory, driving efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical or operational issues to minimize business disruption and maintain service quality.

 

Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years’ technical and engineering experience
    • 5+ years’ experience leading technical or engineering teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

 

The pay range for this position is $98,300 - $168,500. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
