We are looking for a Material Handler Professional to join our team at Innomotics.

Your Future Role 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Order Processing: Efficiently handle the increased number of orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Inventory Control: Track and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Receiving and Shipping: Verify parts received, manage documentation, and packing process to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Stock Coordination: Manage stock for the Repairs, Spare Parts and Upgrade Programs.
  • Support Cell Repair Center: Assist with receiving, packing, and shipping of cells, and support basic labour activities (non-electrical tasks).
  • Spare Parts Handling: Manage the increased volume of spare parts, ensuring efficient handling and storage.
  • Warehouse Improvements: Support the implementation of warehouse improvements and facility modifications as the business expands.

 

Your Profile 

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, material handling, inventory control, and order processing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. SAP experience is a plus.
  • Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving items.
  • Forklift use experience.
