Field Service Representative

Perform on-site technical and operational support in the design, development, installation and maintenance of MV VFD systems.
Perform commissioning installations, preventative maintenance, sophisticated troubleshooting, problem analysis, and product-specific service on our product lines.
Adept at field service, troubleshooting and commissioning activities for Innomotics Perfect Harmony VFD's and Sinamics products.
Travel for extended trips to provide field service.
Assist with powercell repair, rebuild, and cleaning.
Manage upgrade draws, parts, and packages.
Complete documentation of all work performed, including commissioning, preventative maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Develop and submit technical reports covering all job activity.
Develop and submit scope of work, job safety analyses, and Job Hazard assessments.
Utilize Auto CAD to read, understand, and update technical documents, schematic design specifications, and drawings as required.
Maintain tools and test equipment.
