We are looking for a Business Developer: Energy Transition to join our team at Innomotics.

Your Future Role

The primary focus for this role is to identify and pursue opportunities in the areas of Carbon Capture, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Electric Driven LNG (eLNG) and Blue Hydrogen. These will be with both existing and new clients.

 

You will be working with our team of Account Managers to develop these opportunities across Canada and work with Global colleagues for International projects.

 

In this role you will:

  • Develop Know-How with applications related to Decarbonization, Sustainability, Energy Efficiency
  • Promote Energy transition solutions externally with End Customer & FEED and EPC Engineering companies as well as internally
  • Identify & set strategic direction
  • Work with Local & Global colleagues / project teams
  • Start engagement with CCUS Licensors and coordinate actions with International colleagues
  • Identify CCUS, LNG, e-LNG and Blue H2 projects
  • Duties include domestic and International project pursuits
  • Attending and presenting at conferences, meetings, and industry events.

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering or C.E.T (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar). 
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience in Sales/Business Development with solid exposure to motors and drives (VFDs)
  • Sound knowledge of CCUS, Hydrogen and LNG applications is required    
  • Proven record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Resourceful, independent, results-oriented with the ability to work successfully within a team.
