Your Future Role

Innomotics LLC in the US is looking for a multifaceted Manager to lead our Project Execution Team.

 

Leads a team responsible for implementing systems & solutions projects in customer process applications that include electric motors, variable frequency drives, electrical distribution, and automation. The Project Execution organization supports the development of customer proposals, designs and engineers systems and solutions, and runs projects focused in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemical, Water, Metals and Mining markets. This team is responsible to lead projects, deliver budgets and timelines, realize committed requirements to customers and improve processes that improve execution, utilization, nonconformance costs and project margins. The leader manages a team, dedicated in project execution.

 

The Project Execution organization acts as the customer interface for all projects.

 

The right person has excellent interpersonal skills, displays high energy, is change-oriented and has a technical or engineering background who will ask the right questions, participate in specification requirements definition and complete projects. A key to success is to have an ability to empower the Project Execution team to meet customer and business needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a multi-disciplined team for project execution to achieve business and customer requirements, including cost/budget targets, NCC avoidance, delivery reliability, customer communication.
  • Collaborate with all teams and functions of Innomotics globally, including Sales, Factories, Product Engineering, Customer Services, Finance, management.
  • Effectively connect with Customers and Suppliers throughout the lifecycle of customer projects.
  • Deliver projects that meet specifications, on-time, and on-schedule.
  • Will be process oriented with a continuous improvement focus, with a continuous learning mindset

 

Your profile.

  • Experience leading engineering and project management teams utilizing technology such as motors, drives, and balance of plant related equipment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business, or combined experience
  • 5-10 years of project management, engineering and technical experience
  • Customer orientation with ability to adapt communications styles
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience with Risk management - opportunities, risk mitigation, appropriate planning to reduce impact of potential risks etc.
  • Up to 25% travel, domestic and international
  • Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to learn quickly
  • Proven record of completing projects on time, on budget, and satisfying all performance/quality requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Projects
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Knowledge and experience with MV variable frequency drive systems

 

The pay range for this position is $106,425 - $273,667. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
