Your future role.

• You support the development of a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy.
• Additionally, you assist in designing and creating both audiovisual and visual content to amplify DEI initiatives.
• Furthermore, you contribute to the development of reporting tools and communication channels to amplify various DEI activities.

Your profile.

• You are a student in Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related.
• You have a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• You are solution oriented, rather than problem focused.
• You have a positive, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• You like working with people from all around the world, therefore English is no problem for you.
• You are good at translating complex topics into digestible conversations.
• You feel comfortable dealing with data, developing analytics, presentations, and graphics.
• You feel comfortable creating structure and developing processes.
