Your future role.
- As the central organizational point of contact, you ensure that the administrative processes of our Functional Excellence team in Headquarter Procurement run smoothly
- You manage the on- and offboarding of employees in Procurement – from requesting IT equipment and access rights to coordinating all stakeholders
- You independently maintain and quality-check attendance and absence data (e.g. sick and vacation days) in SAP, keeping an eye on deadlines and completeness
- You organize workshops, team events and management meetings – including scheduling, room and restaurant bookings as well as professional preparation and follow-up
- You support operational Procurement with creating and tracking purchase orders in SAP Ariba and SAP RLP, as well as posting goods receipts
- You actively contribute to the digitalization, standardization and documentation of our internal processes and bring in your own ideas
Your profile.
- Enrolled student in business administration, business informatics, administration management or a comparable field of study
- Confident with MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); initial exposure to SAP is a clear plus
- Strong organizational talent as well as a structured, careful and reliable way of working
- A high sense of responsibility and enjoyment of independent, coordinating tasks
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Availability of ideally approx. 20 hours per week during the lecture period – and more during semester breaks
