We are looking for a Senior Controller (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics.

Your Future role.

• Commercial execution of Footprint and other special projects in LVM-headquarter together with IN LVM OE to increase productivity in factories, improve cost position of products or realize new structures in SCM-network of factories,
• Main focus to support IntensiFY28-program by headquarter in cross-factory topics (e.g. footprint, component-network, make or buy) in next years,
• Development of Business cases and preparation of decision templates for management in respective projects as well as supporting the projects until implementation,
• Yearly comparison of changes in regulative of LVM – factories, creation of transparency of value-added costs and development of approaches to standardize the calculation of regulative within LVM-factories,
• Analysis and approval of large investments of high importance for LVM together with IN LVM OE

Your Profile.

• Deep knowledge about project management, lean methods, factory controlling and product calculation,
• Knowledge in LVM products, LVM factory set-up, structure and cost drivers of value-added costs in the factories,
• High ability to lead in an international team as well as assertiveness and persuasiveness
