Your future role.
- You are responsible in our head office for the preparation of offers and the support for application solutions out of
Medium voltage converter Spektrum (MVD)
- You design drive solutions for various industries, configure the converters and prepare the offers for MV converters out of the
Nuremberg plant
- Your tasks include the analysis and evaluation and of customer and project inquiries as well as customer specifications.
The split of the scope of delivery between the regional units of Innomotics needs to be considered
including the respective value flows derived from it
- You are responsible for maintaining offers, setting prices and providing technical comments on specifications,
technical/price negotiations with the regions and as well giving advice with the aim of increasing profits and avoiding NCCs
- You lead technical LoAs for specific portfolio elements as a link between the sales organizations and the IN MVD PLM organization
- You analyze and evaluate market requirements / customer needs and bundle these into specific product requirements
- Under your responsibility is the ongoing improvement, elaboration and introduction of offer standards (product descriptions,
standard calculations, etc.) in close cooperation with the sales teams, product managers and factory engineering
- The Technical sales support in the acquisition phase for the worldwide sales units and customers rounds your work up
Your profile.
- You graduated in a technical University Degree, experienced technician or equivalent with long-term experience
- You have a good knowledge of electrical and mechanical drives technology
- You have collected working knowledge with Customers and Regions in an international environment
- You have collected experience in Sales Organizations by dealing with customer
- You also have many years and/or extensive knowledge of the drive solutions and the costs/prices
for the optimized drive solution
- You are very familiar with the methodologies of the quotation and execution process
- You already have experience in the converter / system business (PM, engineering, etc.) and/or on-site activities with the
implementation of drive solutions of any kind
- Recognizing emerging risks, assessing influences on technical solutions and initiating appropriate measures is not a problem for you
- Team development skills, good communication skills and customer orientation are some of your strengths in combination with the
global IN network as well as communication and presentation of results
- You have good commercial knowledge and computer skills (MS Office package, SAP).
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
