Your future role.
  • Feeding global sales with the technical product innovations
  • Roll-out our new portfolio elements in the market coordinating all Go-to-market activities with the respective teams
  • Develop Selection, Configuration and Engineering Software applications supporting the self-configuration of low-voltage motors of customers.
  • Responsible of the Distribution channel including the partner program
  • Drive the automation of data transfer between R&D and the respective software applications
  • Forecast required quantities that the European factories need to produce
  • Ensure with the respective stakeholders a good e-business rate and clean order rate.
  • Secure the information cascading about the new portfolio developments or Headquarter news
  • Mitigate logistics escalations to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Support the business with transparency and reports.

 

Your profile.
  • The basis of your success is a master’s degree in electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering, an MBA is a plus.
  • You have already gained at least 10 years of professional experience in sales or product management in an industrial company.
  • You are self-motivated, structured, systematic, results-driven and autonomous with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A strong communicator and able to explain complex concepts to top management and to your teams
  • You are fluent in English and German
