Your Role:
Head Electrical for 400KV Switchyard Operation and Maintenance, 3o Substations
Experience require-15 to 25 yrs experience
Ctc can be offered- 16-18 lac
Key skills
220 Kv Switchyard, Transformer &HT Motor Testing, Relay Programming
HV/LV Switchgear, Compressor,VFD,400Kv Switchyard Operation and Maintenance
Transformer Manufacturing, Rectifier Transformer ICT up to 750 Mva SF6 Breaker
Vacuum Circuit Breaker
Key Responsibility –
1.Heading Operation and maintenance of 400 KV switch yard and all area substations (45 bays and 22 area substations).There are four potline having 24 ABB make RECTIFIER system and 5 nos ICT of 750MVA each ,3 AT 120MVA each. Handaling 50 nos HT 11 KV ID fan motor ,146 nos distribution transformer and 13 Power Transformer across the Plant.
2.Implemented more than 40 reliability project like hot spot reduction, Total more then 500 projects implemented as horizontal deployment.
3.Implemement Asset Optimization
4.Reduce monthly OT from 1100 Hr/month to almost zero .
5.Trained more then 45 engineers in Rectifier and Switchyard operation
6.Zero injury in last six years. Zero notice /observation from client since more then two years.
7.Overhauling of all 146 MVA transformer 24nos along with Chalico and NFC team.
8.Decreses hot spot from around 100 per month to zero.
9.Reduces tripping from 7 nos month to almost zero .
10.Have overall knowledge all types of relay, SCADA(RET670/REC,ABB Microscada etc).
11.Leading a Team of around 120 Person (35 engineers +70 Technician) directly and indirectly
12. Executing ABB SF6 Bkr of 121 number overhauling with existing team
