Position Asset Optimization Lead Engineer

Job Summary
Lead & supervise Development, Implementation, Improvement, and Sustenance of assigned Asset portfolio in collaboration with Client AO teams to drive long term sustainable operational performance & safety targets.
Qualifications
" B.Tech / B.E. Degree or similar - Mechanical/Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Operationsmanagement (optional)
Certification in Six Sigma (Green belt /Black belt) (Preferred)
Certified asset management/optimization will be a added advantage."
Experience
" 10-12 years of work experience in O&M roles in Planning, Maintenance, Asset Reliability, Detailed knowledge of Principles of asset optimization framework "
KPIs
Increase in asset availability
Increase in asset OEE
Increase in asset lifecycle
Decrease in maintenance cost
Usage of new/ digital tools for data storage & analysis"
Roles & Responsibilities
1. AO planning Acquisition, verification & analysis of asset performance data (SAP etc.)
Assist with development of optimal maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, condition
based monitoring (CBM), reliability maintenance etc.) Perform criticality analysis and determine risk priority for various assets
2. AO implementation Maintains liaison with technicians and other management regarding work execution Ensure adequate processes, schedules, task list, tools etc. are available for job-site implementation Regularly conducts site visit to run on the field diagnostic checks, Detects asset issues and
drives quick implementation of corrective actions Optimize spares inventory for assets (equipment/ systems)
3. AO improvement Collaborates with Clients' Asset Optimizations team on optimization initiatives Drive RCA (root cause analyses), FMEA (Failure mode effect analyses) etc. for major and minor breakdowns Drive improvement projects of various categories through QC and Kaizens
4. AO sustenance Track & report actual versus planned asset optimization performance with
client Tracks all asset information, including spare parts and documentation Ensure asset optimization through continuous skilling & training
Conduct AO Audits on regular basis
Technical Skills
1. AO Modules Root cause analysis and problem solving, Ability to create and maintain business critical MIS dashboards Innovation and Continuous Improvement Contractor Performance - knowledge of the KPIs Skill Development of the workforce, Knowledge of the resource management (manpower,
machine, and tools) Preventive Maintenance (PM), Condition Based Monitoring (CBM)
