Your Future Role
- Define and implement the local sales strategy in line with company objectives and market priorities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team through clear targets, performance monitoring, and continuous coaching.
- Drive new customer acquisition and support business growth across existing and new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and support complex commercial negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance, order intake, and revenue development, taking corrective actions when needed.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to support local market expansion.
- Act as the main commercial interface with HQ Division and Regional Management, ensuring regular alignment and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as quotation, project management, and service to ensure effective business execution.
- Act as escalation point for critical commercial topics and customer-related issues.
Your Profile
- Experience: 7–10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the electric motors, drives, or industrial automation sector.
- Commercial Expertise: Strong track record in sales strategy, business development, and key account management within an industrial B2B environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of industrial markets, customer needs, and commercial dynamics related to motors, drives, and automation solutions.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities.
- Languages: Fluency in Italian and English. German proficiency will be considered an asset.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally both nationally and internationally.
