We are looking for an Area Sales Manager (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics.

Your Future Role  

  • Manage and develop the assigned sales area, ensuring business growth and market coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Promote Innomotics products and solutions, with a focus on electric motors, drives, and related applications.
  • Prepare and follow up commercial opportunities in cooperation with internal technical and quotation teams.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the assigned territory.
  • Support negotiations and commercial discussions with customers and partners.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, order intake, and revenue objectives for the assigned area.
  • Act as the main commercial point of contact for customers in the territory.
  • Collaborate with internal functions such as Quotation, Project Management, and Service to ensure effective business execution.
  • Manage and coordinate the sales agents operating within the assigned area, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, market coverage, and business development objectives.

 

Your Profile  

  • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the electric motors, drives, or industrial automation sector.
  • Commercial Expertise: Proven experience in customer management, business development, and sales activities in an industrial B2B environment.
  • Market Knowledge: Good understanding of industrial applications, customer needs, and commercial dynamics.
  • Relationship Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Customer Orientation: Proactive and results-driven approach, with strong focus on customer satisfaction and business development.
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and good command of English. German proficiency will be considered an asset.
  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area and occasionally at national level.
  • Driving License: Valid driving license required.
