Senior Project Scheduler

We are looking for a Senior Scheduler (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics.

Your future role. 

• Creates bid and project schedules
• Maintains all project schedules
• Conducts weekly meetings with projects teams to obtain progress updates - may have to travel to site to verify or obtain progress data
• Ensure that IPARM database is maintained and updated weekly
• Create Project Progress Reports which includes S-Curves; Cashflow; CTC; Revenue actuals and forecasts
• Provides resource planning actuals and forecasts
• Conducts progress meetings with clients
• Inform Project Managers of possible delays, project slippages or how the project can be expediated

Your profile.

• The basis of your success is a completed Matric Certificate
• Building on this, you have already gained many years of professional experience in project scheduling small to medium sized projects in the Oil and Gas, Mining, Cement and / or Paper Industry
• Experience in projects ranging in budget from EUR 700k to EUR 2,5mio
• Demonstrated familiarity with electrical and control system engineering (hardware and software) in target industries this would include greenfield and brownfields projects
• Experienced in using Project Management Tools (i.e Ms Projects, Primavera etc) – Superuser/Advanced skills in Ms Project would be advantageous
• Fluent in understanding of Project Management principles 
• Fluent communication in English both verbal and written
• Contract Management skills would be advantageous 
• You are a team player with a passion to help your colleagues succeed
