We are looking for a Sales Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics.

Your Future Role  

The job will play a vital role in supporting our most valuable customers and partners Poland. The job will be identifying new business opportunities and executing established sales strategies to support corporate growth targets. You will cover our complete Geared Motors portfolio.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing a part of our Geared Motors business in Poland.
  • Developing and building strong relationships with our partners and key customers.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profitable growth.
  • Liaising with our factories for close cooperation.
  • Designing and configuring Geared Motors utilizing our CRM tools.
  • Promoting e-commers with our partners and key customers.
  • Serving as an escalation level and managing customer requirements when needed.
  • Planning sales volumes and assessing potential for target customers.
  • Analysing and evaluating markets (both technology and product portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customers.
  • Reporting to our Cluster Sales Manager.

 

Your Profile  

  • Proven record of Geared Motors sales growth, specifically, new business development.
  • Strong presentation & negotiation skills, experience of presenting at C level.
  • Excellent written & spoken English, outstanding communication & interpersonal skills, and a natural ability to work as part of a team as well as be a team leader.
  • Higher education in electrical engineering.
  • Familiarity with rotating machinery.
  • Experience with e-commerce.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Structured working style with strong planning skills.
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in staying up to date with technological developments.
  • Fluent or native proficiency in Polish.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
