As part of our preparation to become a stand-alone company, we are searching for a Head of Order Management committed and experienced to join our team and manages the role below and reporting to CFO.

This function will be responsible for whole Innomotics Türkiye order management and logistic related operations.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Order Management Processes, Logistics and Bonded & External Sales Warehouse Daily Operations 
  • Secure Clear Order Creation: Converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders in SAP systems, receiving order confirmations, following up orders and change orders and giving meaningful feedback to relevant parties, taking necessary actions in time to ensure delivery time and cost 
  • Coordinating local and international transport with the approved transportation companies in the aim of meeting the confirmed delivery dates of all purchase orders 
  • Completing required documentation for import and export operations and giving necessary instructions for payment and customs clearing
  • Ensuring that the materials arrive at warehouse/site/customer on time, complete and in parallel with required conditions & specifications
  • Coordinating return process of detective materials or the materials that are not in conformity with the required specifications, ensuring that replacement material is supplied on time
  • Responding information demands of PMs/BUs/Corporate Departments in respect of logistics & order processing & import/export topics giving required support to bid phase of the projects
  • Daily external WH operations and monthly progress payment reporting & billing
  • Integration and maintenance to Innomotics HQ systems
  • ECC Coordinator of Innomotics Türkiye for local topics
  • O2C / E2E Deliver Monitor integration with consideration of local requirements

 

Daily communication with: 

  • Company Internal and Third Party External: Customers, International & Domestic forwarders - Courier Services, Warehousing Service Suppliers, Customs Agents, Governmental Authorities

 

Your Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in either Finance, Industrial Engineer, Economics or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both Turkish and English, German will be an asset
  • Proven experience of 8-10 years in customs, order management, logistics and warehouse management
  • Knowledge in SAP SD and MM modules MS Office programmes
  • Results-oriented professional with intercultural sensitivity and the ability to collaborate with teams and partners.
  • Excellent customer understanding, communication and interpersonal Skills
  • Good at communication, transparency and ownership
  • Eager to learn and discover new technologies

  • International & domestic travel ability
