Your future role.

• In your role, you will coordinate/guide all financial planning activities related to our Europe & Africa countries and assure its completeness and accuracy in close alignment with EA management 
• You will continuously monitor and analyze actual, forecast and clarification of relevant deviations of all regions with the target to assure a high forecast accuracy of our countries and our regions as whole. 
• You are responsible for the aggregation, reporting and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as volume, profitability, productivity and capital efficiency with the target to increase transparency and you will prepare and participate in regular performance review meetings with the regions together with EA management. 
• You will prepare monthly and quarterly performance review presentations.  
• Further task will be to support on demand our sales and management team in terms of ad-hoc reporting.

Your profile.

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial/Management Engineering 
• 2-3 years of experience in related areas. 
• Fluency in English with good communication skill (German is an Asset) 
• Advanced level in MS Office Applications, MS PowerBI 
• Strong coordination and communication skills 
• Flexible and good team player 
• Open minded and highly collaborative
