Your future role.

As Buying Professional who will be responsible for direct procurement activities for our Solution Projects, Service and Product Businesses including Geared Motors Assembly Center and Motor Repair Workshops in different locations as well as the indirect procurement activities for whole Innomotics Türkiye, you will;

• Preparing and conducting contract and price negotiations to contribute to the profitability of the company
• Preparing offer inquiries, requesting offers from suppliers, analyzing and ensuring the fulfillment of the offers with requirements both at sales and executions phases.
• Implementing alternative procurement sources to minimize stock replacement times, inventory levels and costs
• Systematic forwarding of relevant supply chain information (e.g. For the project team, procurement management team)
• Analyzing scope of supply and customer contract agreements, carrying out risk analyses and introducing recommendations to prepare and complete negotiations with suppliers (back-to-back where appropriate)
• Undertake supplier management (selection/qualification, evaluation, auditing, development) to gain the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain
• Responsible for incoming bank guarantees from suppliers.
• Close communication with Innomotics Global Procurement Community
• Ensure Innomotics Procurement Process, Guidelines and Tools locally.
• Execution of indirect procurement related local activities as described by Innomotics Global Indirect Procurement Team.

Your profile.

• You have a university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields
• In addition to technical knowledge in procurement of electrical materials, electromechanical materials and services (i.e. LV Cabinets, Cables, Transformers, Insulation Materials etc.), you have minimum 5 years of experience in procurement.
• Knowledge of contract law
• Business fluent English skills.
• Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills.
• Ability to drive and travel intensively around the region.
