We are looking for a HR Benefits Advisor (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics.

About The Role

At Innomotics, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

You will manage core HR processes such as terminations, benefits administration, vacation control, and internship management, while acting as a point of contact for employees and stakeholders. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors, support ticket management, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Your future role.

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

  • Manage termination processes, including communication, payments, and system updates.
  • Monitor HR tickets and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
  • Support employee requests and act as a point of contact for HR-related topics.

Benefits & Administration

  • Manage employee benefits (health, dental, life insurance, vouchers, transportation, etc).
  • Monitor invoices, process inclusions/exclusions, and ensure alignment with payroll.

Workforce & Internship Management

  • Oversee vacation processes, ensuring legal compliance and reporting to managers.
  • Manage internship contracts, renewals, and support managers and interns.

Vendor & Service Management

  • Coordinate third-party services (travel insurance, corporate cards, chartered bus, fleet).
  • Monitor vendors, usage, and payments.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain HR controls, support month-end processes, and track key indicators (e.g., fleet carbon footprint).

Your profile.
A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar.

  • Experience in HR Operations, including employee lifecycle processes and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and ticket management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy across systems and reports.
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proactive profile with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
