The Role:

* Understand and analyze the Geared Motors target market, competitors, and business opportunities in defined region.

* 了解和分析区域内的减速电机目标市场、竞争对手和商业机会

* Builds a sound market related network of stakeholders and develop new customers independently.

* 建立完善公司业务市场相关的客户网络，独立开发新客户的能力

* Cooperate with technical team and other internal departments’ support

* 获得技术人员和公司内部其他部门的支持和配合。

* Visit customers regularly and establish good and effective long-term relationships

* 定期拜访客户并建立良好有效的长期合作关系

* Initiate, motivate suitable activities and keep track of progress and implementation in order to achieve the business targets

* 积极主动地采取行动，以达到业务目标

* Others assigned by manager

* 经理交办的其他工作

Your Profile:

* Bachelor or above, mechanical or electric motor related background

* 本科及以上学历，机械或电机相关专业背景

* Good presentation and communication skill.

* 良好的表达和沟通能力

* Good logic thinking and data analysis ability

* 良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力

* Willing to travel.

* 接受经常出差

* Good knowledge in geared motor or gear box industry is preferred.

* 熟悉减速电机或齿轮箱行业可作为加分项

* Quick leaner and good business sense
