The HR Manager is a strategic and hands‑on role responsible for leading all HR activities at Innomotics manufacturing site in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. This position manages a team of three HR Specialists and ensures effective delivery of HR operations, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. The role partners closely with site leadership to drive workforce performance, support business objectives, and foster Innomotics company culture.

This role may expand to include HR leadership for a second manufacturing site. Therefore, strong experience in HR operations and multi‑stakeholder management is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three HR Specialists, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery.
  • Build a collaborative, customer‑focused HR team culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and people-related decisions.
  • Support managers in addressing team performance, development, and engagement.
  • Oversee all HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, time & attendance, and contract administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
  • Support organizational changes, ensuring smooth communication and adoption.
  • Standardize HR practices across sites to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP/HR Manager experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience managing or coaching HR team members.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Experience with HR systems and data-driven HR practices.
  • Experience supporting multiple sites or complex operational environments is an advantage
  • Strong command of English is required for daily communication and handling expert-level HR topics.
