We are currently looking for a Global Account Manager for Process Verticals (f/m/d) to join Innomotics and strengthen our team.

Your future role:

As Global Account Manager, you are contributing to the growth of the organization. You will be identifying and developing opportunities in close collaboration with our customers,  our HQ and our regional sales teams.

  • Be responsible for the global development of selected customers, maximizing the share of wallet and supporting profitable growth with your accounts.
  • Establish and maintain a strong business relationship with your customers on all relevant hierarchy levels including regular visits to the main customer sites and offices.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the customer’s strategy, situation and needs.
  • Develop market analyses, reports and account development plans in order to identify business potentials.
  • Coordinate our global sales organization supporting your customers and manage the global opportunities.
  • Create tailor-made technical solutions based on our product portfolio in collaboration with the customer and give feedback about customer needs to the product management team.
  • Independently prepare product or system designs and offers to the customer and carry out contract negotiations.
  • Serve as escalation level and manage customer escalations when needed.

Your profile:

  • Completed technical education preferably in drive technology. Bachelor or above in technical field will be a plus.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Industry experience in drive technology (low voltage motors, high voltage motors, medium voltage drives)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passionate & self-motivated.
  • Excellent learning ability with good business sense.
  • Good intercultural skills.
  • Fluent English and Dutch is mandatory, fluent German or other foreign language will be a plus.
