Your Future Role

As a Technical Sales Support Engineer, you will play a key role in helping us deliver world-class motors and drives solutions that support our customers’ most critical needs. This role is a unique opportunity to blend technical expertise with customer interaction and problem-solving.

In your future role you will:

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Innomotics Medium Voltage Motors and Variable Frequency Drives.
  • Learn about our portfolio and be able to convey your knowledge in a quality proposal to our customers.
  • Read customer specifications and engage in technical discussions with customers.
  • Be self-supportive in learning about customer applications and explain how Innomotics products can play a key role in customer process performance.
  • Improve customer experience by giving accurate answers in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with quotation center and engineering team to define the technical solution that best meets customer’s needs.
  • Prepare proposal’s pricing following Innomotics internal rules in combination with market trend and commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales strategy to achieve the overall sales targets.
  • Be responsible for technical and commercial handover once your proposal successfully becomes an order.
  • Contribute with ideas and expertise to enhance accuracy and efficiency of proposal preparation process.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Electric Motors and/or Variable Frequency Drives.
  • Your pragmatic approach and problem-solving capabilities help you to succeed in both the technical as the commercial aspects of the job.
  • You manage your time wisely: you are able to set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You create routines to make your daily work more efficient and structured.
  • You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people.
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You are independent and able to deliver results with minimum supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • You preferentially speak English and Dutch or French.
