We are looking for a Solution Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics.

Your Future Role  

• Check the possibilities of technical realization in relation to customer requests
• Design and engineer the solution down to detail to satisfy the specified requirements of the customer within technical area of expertise
• Define and dimension of elements, components, software or systems with the help of tools for calculations and/or in alignment with specific application requests and if needed prepare the documentation on compatibility
• Develop detailed solutions for the integration to ensure the interaction of the individual elements as a functioning unit
• May cooperate with experts in other disciplines/specialties and coordinate technical interfaces
• Responsible for realization of solutions with requested functionality, prepares project documentation
• May support the executing units (e.g. sales, procurement, logistics)
• Develop efficient communication network (within the project team, towards project partners and customers, development of project culture, managing subcontractors)
• Manage risks (analysing project environment, identifying and evaluation of additional business opportunities and risks, defining measures for realization of potential business opportunities)
• Create reports and reporting in agreed timeframe on status and quality of realization of all project activities

• Define technical requirements towards subcontractors, technical evaluation of offers and quality control of realization
• Take all necessary measures in order to respect the standards of quality, environmental protection, and work health and safety in their field of work.

Your Profile  

• VII or VI degree of professional education

• Electrical or mechanical engineering diploma

• English (advanced level)
• Advanced level of computer skills
• At least 3 years of work experience in the same or similar position
• Good communication and organization skills
• Driver’s license category B
• It is preferable to possess a license of the engineering chamber of Serbia for responsible designer and responsible contractor from the area of expertise
