Country Head China – Division Customer Services
We are seeking a Country Head for our Division Customers Services in China to lead the strategy and execution of customer services across the entire lifecycle of industrial products and solutions, ensuring maximum availability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Be the benchmark in the digital transformation of service, promoting customized solutions, predictive maintenance, and technical support excellence, in line with Innomotics' values of reliability and sustainability.
This role will design and implement after-sales service strategies for motors, drives, and industrial systems in China and for China Export Business. Coordinate maintenance, repair, spare parts, modernization, and technical training services. Oversee Service Quotations, Factory Service Operations, Repair Center Operations, Service Delivery and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
What will you do if you join us?
- P&L Ownership: Oversee all financial aspects of the service division, including revenue, margin, and operating expenses. Ensure consistent growth in profitability and market share.
- Sales Growth Leadership: Drive service sales by developing local go-to-market strategies, expanding existing customer relationships, and opening new revenue channels. Partner closely with sales leadership to capture cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a service growth strategy aligned with overall corporate objectives. Identify new market segments, service offerings, and revenue models.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing service organization that delivers both operational excellence and sales results.
- Customer Focus: Strengthen long-term customer partnerships by ensuring best-in-class service delivery, responsiveness, and innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Implement KPIs and performance metrics that balance financial goals with customer satisfaction and service delivery efficiency.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields
- Senior Manager with over 10 years working experience in managerial roles, ideally in Customer Services, Project Management or general Business Management
- Self- driven, stable delivery under pressure
- Familiarity with Motor and Drive Industry Product/Solutions is preferred
- Strong Customer Focus
- Good Communicator
- Good command of English
