Commercial Professional: Sales & Execution
Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales commercial role for product/system and service businesses (including review of quotations and calculations)
- Negotiation of commercial terms and conditions and interfacing with Legal expert
- Ensure that required approval processes and relevant rules and regulations are adhered to in all phases of an order or project
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP guidelines as applicable
- Perform financial planning, forecasting, controlling and ensure compliance with global and local requirements along with asset management, forex/currency management
- Contract & Claims negotiation and management
- Ensure accurate methodology for evaluation and assessment of risks and opportunities
- Commercial project coordination (e.g. requesting and tracking of bank guarantees, insurance, etc.) and coordination of legal, taxation and insurance issues
- Prepare commercial documentation for regular project review meetings and ensure the accuracy of the project data (forecast, project calculation, cash flow)
- Support procurement, logistics and customs processes
- Primary interface with Sales/Project Management and Support functions in terms of opportunities/projects
- Develop and maintain robust internal control mechanism and applicable process optimization and digitalization measures.
- Supports manager in any assigned ad-hoc tasks.
Required Skills and Competencies:

- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in business administration, accounting or finance-related functions
- Basic knowledge in contract law and experience in contractual negotiation
- Basic knowledge in business models and contractual setup structure
- Know-how on the applications of basics of financial accounting-IFRS, controlling, reporting/preparing procedures and documentation, procurement-, customs-, logistics regulations and processes
- Creative and independent thinker with the ability to interact with all levels of management and departments within the organization while taking a hands-on approach to problem solving
- Experience in handling product, project or service business is preferred
- Strong communication (proficient in English language) and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing demands
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (i.e. excel, word, powerpoint) is preferred
- Experience working with SAP is a plus
- Able to work in a multinational / multi-cultural working environment
