Logistics Coordinator – Ballerup
Join our Order Management & Logistics team in Ballerup as a Logistics Coordinator. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated colleague to strengthen our team and contribute to ensuring outstanding service to our customers. You’ll become part of a dynamic, international environment where no two days are the same, working across a broad range of logistics and procurement tasks and collaborating closely with colleagues across the organization.
This is a permanent, full-time position where you’ll be part of a dedicated team of four logistics colleagues. In total, we are 14 employees in Denmark, working closely together across functions to achieve our shared goals and deliver excellent results.
What You Will Be Doing

Coordinate and process sales and purchase orders

Create material master data in collaboration with our technical team

Follow up on orders and maintain close communication with suppliers and customers

Maintain and improve operational logistics processes

Provide excellent service to customers and internal sales teams

We imagine you have:

An educational background in logistics (recent graduates are welcome)

Or a few years of hands‑on experience in export, logistics, or procurement

Solid IT skills (MS Office) and ideally experience with SAP

Strong English and Danish skills, both written and spoken
