The role.

The Payroll Administrator reports to the P&O Head, US and Americas. The position is responsible for proactive collaboration with payroll provider, internal business partners, and other key collaborators for North and South America countries. Ensures consistent, timely, and high-quality processing of payrolls and tax withholdings.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely payment to Innomotics employees in US and other North and South America countries.
  • Maintains payroll records within Payroll system to ensure that programs are carried out in accordance with the government regulations, company’s policies and procedures.
  • Identify areas for standardization and process improvements.
  • Collecting inputs for payroll processing according to each country.
  • Carry out a detailed analysis of payroll payments such as: earnings, discounts, benefits, active employees, dismissals, vacations, salary changes, alimony, sales incentives, loans, etc.
  • Evaluate biweekly payment in countries where applicable.
  • Approve one-off and recurring payments such as vacations, terminations, off cycles, etc.
  • Track and respond to cases in ticket system within service level agreement.
  • To keep accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Enter the bank and approve the payments that have been approved and verified.
  • Open the call to process all payments and changes that go beyond the payroll - promotions, merits, awards, untimely vacations, terminations, and others.
  • Approve the payment of benefits through ERP to pay the invoices from benefit suppliers
  • Handle communication with Payroll Provider via shared folders for payment of GL File and government fees.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Partner with P&O Business Partners to provide guidance to employees on payroll-related inquiries.

 

Your profile.

  • AA/AS Degree, in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or HR preferred
  • CPP designation a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in US payroll administration
  • Proficient in MS Excel; strong analytical and mathematical skills; attention to detail a must
  • Strong technical skills, ability to troubleshot standard payroll system issues efficiently
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to establish proven working relationships
  • Ability to communicate successfully both orally and in writing
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors highly preferred, acceptable alternatives: ADP, Oracle, or Workday
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, highly desirable

The pay range for this position is $77,800 - $133,400. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
