The role.
Position Overview
Finance Leadership Development Program @ Innomotics

What is the Finance Leadership Development Program?
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) prepares you to support a wide range of businesses as a financial leader in our organization. You will learn what it takes to analyze and manage the financial aspects of a company ranked among the top 50 in sales in the world.
The FLDP is a two-year rotational program, with four six-month assignments (hybrid working), where participants will be exposed to several finance topics, such as such as cost accounting, financial analysis, performance controlling and reporting, project controlling, amongst others. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to thrive in your respective role as you receive mentoring from Innomotics’ team of business leaders, gain access to and network with Innomotics senior decision-makers, and learn the overall strategy, systems, and accomplishments that make this company a global leader. Upon completion of the program, graduates should transition into roles such as Financial Analyst, Order/Contract Administrator, Manufacturing Controller, or Project Controller.
What are the Potential Experiences?
Here are a few examples of what you will experience during the FLDP:
Performance Controlling/Financial Analysis:
• Perform monthly reporting analysis
• Consolidate financial activities such as forecasting and budgeting
• Liaison between segments, countries, and HQ
• Participate in special projects
Factory and Cost Accounting:
• Learn cost, inventory, product and project costing
• Exposure to specific product lines and segments
• Manage inventory tracking and reporting
• Reconcile accounts and perform close activities
Order and Contract Administration:
• Support contract negotiations and proposal activities
• Experience order entry and execution
• Perform project controlling tasks
Location:
Based in Alpharetta, GA for first rotation; all other rotations have option to work remotely with flexibility to travel to manufacturing sites in Norwood, OH and New Kensington, PA.

To apply for the Finance Leadership Development Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Majors: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Management with an Accounting or Finance concentration
• Graduation Date: Must graduate by the program start date (July 2024), but no more than one year prior
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Relocation and Travel: Must be willing to relocate and travel as required by program
• Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required
The pay range for this position is $70,000 per year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
