The role.

•   Accounting area responsibilities:  Checking primary accounting documents before scanning into SAP; Participation in inventory of inventory items; Checking the free shipments report; Checking documents on writing off goods and communication with the logistics department; Reconciliation of balance sheet items for stocks; Printing out the GD and ensuring storage in PDF format; Reconciliation of the GD (accruals) with the tax portal (once per quarter); Preparation of data on payments to non-residents for Form 101.04  
•  Treasury area responsibilities: Preparation of applications for conversion and ordering currency in the bank; Preparation of memos in the bank for conversion; Checking the execution of the conversion / payments; Uploading documents to Delphi for making currency payments; Bank interaction: administration of signatory rights, signature database, cash management; Ensuring implementation of all guidelines issued by IN FT by establishing guidelines adapted to the local environment, if needed
• Business area responsibilities: Accounts receivable supervision and management; Assisting the CFO with results analysis, cost control, liquidity planning; Help in closing topics; Local insurance management; Guarantee management 

Your profile.

• You are an accurate, responsible, active and proactive person
• You’re eager to develop and learn
• You have two years of experience in Accounting / Banking / Financial areas, or finished a related education and have a good understanding of these areas
• You speak English and Russian on a professional level, German is advantageous
• Knowledge of SAP, Word and Excel on a good level
